MULVANNI offers an optional Shipping Swap Protect at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Swap Protect offers package protection that gives you peace of mind:

1. Coverage

When Shipping Protection is purchased, MULVANNI will replace or refund your order if it is:

  • Lost in transit (no delivery confirmation after 14 business days),
  • Damaged upon arrival, or
  • Marked as delivered but not received, following our investigation and verification process.

2. Claims Process

To ensure fair handling and verification, all claims must meet the following requirements:

  • A claim must be submitted within 1 business days of the delivery date.
  • For missing or “empty box” claims, customers must provide:
    • An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened,
    • The shipping label visible in the video, and
    • Photos of the packaging and contents.

Without the required evidence, we are unable to validate or approve a claim.

3. Orders Without Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, MULVANNI cannot assume responsibility for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier marks the parcel as delivered. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

4. Investigation & Resolution

All verified claims will be processed in accordance with our internal review. MULVANNI reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria or where sufficient proof cannot be provided.
